• Reviews subscriptions: Plans provide facilitation tools for requesting and collating reviews from end customers on supported platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with platform policies and applicable laws.
• We may update content, features, or pricing from time to time.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

Prices are shown in INR (or as displayed at checkout). Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Taxes, if applicable, are additional. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with Section 6.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7 days; courses have a 7-day refund window if under 20% consumed, while services/subscriptions are non-refundable for delivered billing periods except where required by law..

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that violate laws or infringe rights. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of messages sent via our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by CloudCrew or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudCrew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CloudCrew harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Compliance and Platform Policies

You must comply with applicable laws (including IT Act, consumer protection, and advertising rules in India) and the terms of third‑party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot) when using our reviews services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
